The third edition of the CINAnimada Party will take place on February 21, at 4:00 p.m., in Sala António Gaio of Centro Multimeios de Espinho.

Part of the FRAME – Watching and Making Animated Cinema project, developed by CINANIMA’s Educational Service, this initiative brings together the school community that participated in activities throughout the school year. The session will be a moment of gathering and celebration, with the presentation of work done by students from schools involved in this journey of discovery of animated films.

During the afternoon, the films of the Children F1rst project will be screened, created by elementary school students from various school groups and by Cerciespinho clients. There will also be the presentation of the “I Am Jury” award, given to the winning films chosen by elementary and secondary school students, who will publicly present their decisions.

The session also includes the screening of “Sessão das 3”, a film developed as part of the Animation Art Workshop and the 2025 Artistic Residency, coordinated by João Católico, which involved students, teachers, and trainers from nine secondary schools in the municipalities of Espinho, Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia, Ovar, Santa Maria da Feira, and São João da Madeira.
