On the evening of 4 September, the Couto de Cima Intergenerational Park hosted an open-air cinema screening curated by CINANIMA and organised by the Quinta Oficina Association, in partnership with the Coutos de Viseu Parish Council.
From 9 pm, around 100 people gathered to enjoy a summer’s evening, featuring a screening of several animated short films aimed at children and families. The films shown provided moments of fun and socialising for young and old alike.
The experience was accompanied by a popcorn machine, provided by the Parish Council, which made the evening even more special.
The initiative is part of “VII-MOST-International Program for Cultural Mediation in Rural Areas,” supported by the Municipality of Viseu through EixoCultura and is already establishing itself as a real parish event, with many participants bidding farewell with an enthusiastic “see you next year!”. This sentiment is shared by the organisers and reinforces their desire to continue with this project.
